After a successful connection between Margot Robbie and Jared Leto on screen in Suicide Squad, Warner Bros has decided that they want to do more about it.
Warner Bros Pictures and DCEU Entertainment announced yesterday at the San Diego Comic Con, that they are currently developing a live-action movie which will be about pitting Harley Quinn against the Joker.
The movie will be within the DCEU and is an addition to the Suicide Squad sequel, along with the in-development Gotham City Sirens; which will see Harley Quinn teaming up with Poison Ivy and Cat Woman.
Both Margot Robbie and Jared Leto are supposedly reprising their roles as Harley Quinn and the Joker, however, not much else has been revealed other than it is going to be spinoff and Geoff Johns will produce. We don’t know for sure if Harley Quinn VS The Joker will be the official title, but could this mean the Queen of Gotham City is finally ready to separate from her King? With a happy ending for the pair in Suicide Squad, who knows for sure? We can count on the Joker doing something to anger Harley though, so who’s ready to watch some intense conflict?
